Rates 2023/2024

All bookings are based on the exclusive use of the Verano Countrystay and a two night minimum stay applies all year round.

Bookings for one or two guests using the Camelia bedroom only with a queen size bed is $220 per night. Select two adults when booking.

Bookings for two, three or four guests using the Camelia and Poppy bedrooms, each with queen size beds, is $290 per night. Select three adults when booking.

Bookings for three to five guests using the Camelia and Poppy bedrooms with queen size beds, and the Rose room with a king single bed, is $360 per night. Select four adults when booking.

Your credit card will be charged for a deposit at the time of making the booking with the balance required to be paid prior to arrival. You will be billed in New Zealand dollars and a HomeAway service fee will be added to the prices shown on this web site. Your credit card provider may charge additional fees for foreign currency conversion.

The maximum occupancy of the Verano Countrystay is five persons. This includes adults, children and infants. You will be asked to provide details of the number of people staying at the property at the time of booking.

Continental breakfast provisions for the first day of your stay will be supplied for the indicated number of adults and children.

Cancellations

Sometimes things do go wrong or plans change and we recommend that you take out travel insurance to cover situations out of your control.

For cancellations up to 14 days before arrival a full refund will be provided.

Cancellations between 14 days and 7 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund.

No refund is available for cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival.

Check in, and check out

The earliest check in time on the day of your arrival is 2pm.

We will provide details of how to access the key to the Verano Countrystay once payment is confirmed for your booking.

Checkout time is 10am on the day of your departure.

Please note that we do not provide a dishwashing service as part of your booking. Please ensure that you place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on prior to your departure. Where this is not done and we need to clean dishes on your behalf, a $25 service fee will be charged to the credit card used to make your booking.

No Smoking Sorry

For the comfort of the next visitors, and for fire safety reasons, we have a no smoking policy that applies across the entire property.

The outdoor gas barbeque may be used throughout the local fire ban season.

Health & Safety

For our guests own safety please do not enter, or allow children to play on or around any agricultural equipment, the hay barn, stables or the implement shed.

Please do not enter paddocks with livestock in them unless accompanied by Tony or Jackie and please do not feed the horses or the sheep.

Follow the country code; If a gate is closed please close it after you and if it is open then please leave it open.
